1.Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the SiriusHealth website, sandbox datasets, RESTful APIs, or geroscience computational algorithms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern individual users, clinical institutions, academic researchers, and commercial enterprise licensees.

2.Research & Clinical Medical Disclaimer

The SiriusHealth Phenotypic Resilience Engine, Health Meter simulator, and biological age calculations are engineered for longitudinal real-world evidence research, physiological modeling, and preventive Clinical Decision Support (CDS).

IMPORTANT CLINICAL NOTICE: The outputs provided by the SiriusHealth portal do not constitute a formal direct diagnosis or emergency medical prescription. All clinical decisions, drug titration, or deprescribing protocols must be conducted in consultation with a licensed medical practitioner.

3.OMOP Data Licensing & Non-Reidentification

Commercial licensees and evaluation sandbox users agree to:

  • Use the dataset exclusively for the approved research, drug discovery, or actuarial purposes defined in the executed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) and Data License.
  • Never attempt to reverse-engineer, re-identify, or link the pseudonymized OMOP records to external non-clinical identity registries.
  • Maintain appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards for all exported Cloud Parquet, CSV, or SQL instances.

4.Intellectual Property & Standards

The SiriusHealth name, Phenotypic Resilience scoring algorithms, and proprietary CDS software engines are the intellectual property of SiriusHealth Corporation. Standards referenced (OHDSI OMOP CDM, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm) remain the property of their respective governing bodies.
